Writing Quotes From Screaming Lord Byron And Meself

"But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling like dew upon a thought, produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions, think."

-Lord Byron

From The Creative Screenwriting Weekly Newsletter

It's easier to destroy, than it is to design, construct and finish.

BTW, I have a Cafepress shop where my slogans are better articulated.

Great quotes.

Byron's Don Juan is such a masterpiece of writing. Thanks for reminding me to give it another look.

Sometimes it's more fun, too. Oh, you wanted us to not destroy. Alright, we'll try it your way.

Top quotes. Here's one...
"Free delivery to the UK is much appreciated." ;-)

David,

"Thanks for reminding me to give it another look."

I did? Uh...you're welcome.

Randal,

Try my way, or a little tenderness...either way.

David,

I understand it's pretty prohibitive to ship overseas. So, I'll spot you a bumpersticker, providing that you either:

A) Get it on "Top Gear."

B) Cross out the "nal" in "Arsenal," everywhere you go.

C) Drive the sticker all over the UK, as well Northern Ireland.

Laura,

Absolutely.

Cormac, I will do my best to get it on top gear, it will be my pleasure to scrub the 'nal' from Arse....nal (and the ne from their manager's name.) and I will drive it everywhere I go. I will email you my address and if you send me one I'll post a photo of it on my car.

Alas... that is so much like work. After spending all day at the word factory... oops... sales office.... I just wanna deconstruct and finish a nice Flying Dog Pale Ale. That is my design.

ps I can now read your blog at work. It does pay to bring the IT guys donuts!

David,

Cool!

Ok Jimm,

Three cheers for the IT guys, but why was my blog blocked?

I find it easier to design, complain, then give up in favor of tea at my local coffee shop. Destruction makes you sweaty and a little out of breath. However, I can complain for hours before developing a stitch in my side.

Cormac... it was 'blocked' as much as it just wouldn't open... I had several issues with sites that I truly do need... Hoovers, Manta, Goliath... and the IT guys didn't have a clue.... but they fixed it. I could not open Frieda Bee and a couple of others. It all goes into the "oh, well" category.

Johnny Dollars,

In the immortal words of Pete Puma, "no tea...coffee!

Jimm,

I was hoping instead that I was banned in America's Heartland, because virtually any publicity would be welcome at this point.
